Columbus, GA (October 2008) – Staffing Connections has announced the opening of a new branch office in the Opelika/Auburn, AL area, and the launch of their newly re-designed website. The new branch, which officially opened its doors for business on October 6th, is located at 404 South 7th Street, Suite A in Opelika, Alabama.

The new branch, which officially opened its doors for business on October 6th, is located at 404 South 7th Street, Suite A in Opelika, Alabama. The branch will cater to the staffing needs of the Opelika, Auburn, Dadeville, Tallassee, Lanett, Tuskegee, Valley and West Point areas. Staffing Connections is headquartered in Columbus, GA and is locally owned and operated.

“The Opelika and surrounding areas are growing rapidly and we want to be a part of the growth in the community,” said Kim Stinson-Taccati, President and Chief Operations Officer. “We’ve recruited an exceptional team to manage the branch with outstanding local talent.”

Wayne Starks, Chief Executive Officer, opened the first staffing company in the Opelika area in 1987. Starks stated, “We believe this new market will help achieve our goals of sustainable growth and were excited to be a partner in the community.”

Managing the Opelika-Auburn branch is Lisa Viteri. With more than 10 years of staffing, sales, and marketing experience, Viteri “has been in that market for numerous years and understands the clients’ needs,” Stinson-Taccati said.

Staffing Connections anticipates continued growth, with a goal to open three additional branches in the next 12 months. Another component of the company’s growth is the launch of their newly re-designed website (www.staffing-connections.com).

The site offers information and contact forms for both potential clients and jobseekers. The site also gives jobseekers the opportunity to submit a “pre-application” in order to be considered for job openings.
“We were impressed at how user friendly and professional the new design is,” said Stinson- Taccati. The re-design was done by Columbus-based web design company Canopy Web Design LLC. Development of the website will continue, with additional functionality added to assist both clients and jobseekers in getting the most out of their Staffing Connections experience.
Staffing Connections’ guiding principle of providing top-notch customer service has enhanced their growth and success. Taccati-Stinson outlined the goals for the company, “It is our goal to be the clients’ first choice for their staffing needs by providing superior service, a complete line of integrated business solutions, and the widest variety of staffing options.”
“It is also our goal,” Stinson-Taccati continued, “to be the first choice of employment for our temporaries and full-time staff, based on respect for the individual, fairness, honesty and integrity.”
About Staffing Connections

Staffing Connections is a locally-owned and operated staffing company that serves both industrial and clerical employment fields. The company was founded by Kim Stinson-Taccati and Wayne Starks. Stinson-Taccati has over 15 years of staffing experience. Starks has 23 years of staffing experience and owns three staffing companies. Starks opened up the first staffing company in the Opelika market in the 1990’s. Both Stinson-Taccati and Starks understand that customer service sets them apart from their competitors. Their mission for their company is “to be the ‘provider of choice’ for our clients and to be the ‘lifetime employer’ for our temporaries and fellow staff members. Meeting and exceeding the demands of our clients is the only way we can achieve our goals of sustainable growth.”
