Kim Stinson-Taccati is the President and Chief Operating Officer of the Staffing Connections Team. Kim Stinson-Taccati in partnership with Wayne Starks established Staffing Connections in 2006. With over 25 years of Staffing experience combined, Kim & Wayne have continued to lead the Staffing Connections Team, while building a reputation of being the leading provider of Staffing Services in Columbus, Georgia and the Opelika/Auburn, Alabama markets. Because of their continuous commitment to staffing excellence and trust, Staffing Connections has embarked on being the leading staffing company by choice in Columbus and Opelika; servicing all industries.
Kim possess a BA in Business and has over 20 years of management, recruiting, human resources, sales and marketing experience. She’s held a variety of executive staffing positions specializing in clerical, financial, medical, executive management, industrial and direct hire placements. Before the establishment of Staffing Connections, Kim worked in the Human Resources Department of W. C. Bradley Co. for nine years, and was also an Area Manager with Staffing Solutions for 12 years. Kim Stinson-Taccati is an active member of SHRM, Green Island Country Club Membership Committee, Board Member of CORTA, Junior League of Columbus, BBB, and the Chamber of Commerce in Columbus, Georgia & Opelika, Alabama. She is also a dedicated volunteer for the Columbus Hospice & the American Cancer Society.
Kim is a mother of two; Meaghan (15) & Ryan (12) and is married to Scott Taccati who is the Executive Vice President of Commercial & Residential Lending for Regions Bank.
